21-year-old singer-songwriter Matt Taylor had a handful of releases under his belt but approached us looking to get his debut EP the exposure it deserved. Having written for artists such as Ariana Grande and Charli XCX and charted in the Irish single charts, Matt had the talent but hadn’t had the chance to reach the masses with his music so far. We took on the release, securing a national TV interview with London Live, placement on a Spotify Official playlist and national radio play.

As Matt is Irish, we focused on national Irish radio, which would guarantee listeners to the lead track from the EP. Plays were confirmed on both KCLR 96FM and RTE 2XM, with over 3 million daily listeners. Matt was then interviewed by RTE 2XM on The London Ear, discussing his headline London gig.
An exclusive interview ran on Celeb Mix, reaching their social media audience of over 265,000, where Matt was given the opportunity to discuss his release and his influences.
With a headline gig booked in London, we focused on securing coverage in London around the event to increase ticket sales. Prior to the show, we organised a filmed interview with London Live, which meant Matt could discuss his gig and the EP release.
With no previous Spotify Editorial placement, we had to use the press, TV coverage and radio plays to pitch to Spotify and prove Matt was worth supporting. After release, lead single ‘Volatile’ was placed on Spotify Official playlist The New Eire.
